Platform scope

Tokisphere helps issuers create listing pages, submit them for Tokisphere review, and collect early market interest. Visitors may browse published offerings and submit non-binding pledge interest without creating an account.

Not an investment offering

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell or solicit securities. Pledges are non-binding expressions of interest. Pledges do not create any investment right, payment obligation, allocation, or entitlement. No pledged funds are collected, transferred, escrowed, or invested through Tokisphere.

Issuer and admin review

Issuers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. Toki admin review checks presentation quality, completeness, disclosures, and obvious issues in the submission. It is not legal, securities, accounting, tax, valuation, or diligence advice.

Payments and third parties

Reviewed issuers may subscribe to publish a listing. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by Tokisphere. Tokisphere may use service providers for payments, email delivery, content generation, and file storage.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, confidential third-party, misleading, infringing, or malicious material. Do not rely on platform-generated copy for legal, investment, financial, tax, accounting, or compliance decisions.

Discussion moderation

Listing discussion is for questions and expressions of interest only. Comments are unverified opinions, not advice, endorsements, or offers. Visitors must verify their email before a comment is shown. Issuers may request that a comment be hidden and may disable discussion on their listing. Tokisphere admins may hide, remove, reply to, or post comments to keep discussion useful and lawful. We may remove content that is abusive, spam, misleading, or otherwise harmful without notice.
